The 99 Character Builder allows you to create your own comic characters from scratch. You can choose your favorite body type out of 5 different choices. We have provided each character with his/her own assets that fit the specified pose. You can select assets for all parts of the body, such as the head, upper body, waist, etc...

In this version you are able to use tools that will allow you to resize, flip, color, move, etc. Even better, you are now able to add bubbles with text, sound effects and backgrounds, and use the tools to edit those, too!

Here are some quick tips before you get started:

1. Start by choosing your favorite body type.
2. After selecting a body type, choose a head for your character.
3. Select the assets that you like the most. Keep in mind that some assets are not compatible between each other, but don't worry, our smart people at The 99 took care of it for you.
4. Pick a tool and start editing.
5. To stop something from blinking, click on it again.
6. When you are finished, File > Download to save a picture of your character, or File > E-Mail to send it your friends!
